Gastro-historical set “300 years at lunch!” from FOUR

"300 years at lunch!" is a special set of three dishes, each of which is somehow connected with Yekaterinburg. After tasting the dishes, you will not only enjoy the taste, but also get to know the Ural capital in a special way.
The source of inspiration for the creation of this set was the history of the Yekaterinburg circus, whose activities have been pleasing guests and residents of the city for more than a hundred years. The Italian look, the "bread" location, the dome element - all that the FOUR team saw in this story and put into the set "300 years at lunch!".Assorted bruschetta: salmon, roast beef, caprese
The first circus in Yekaterinburg was opened at the end of the XIX century by the Italian Maximiliano Truzzi, located on the Wood Square (now the Paris Commune Square — the square between the Opera House and UrFU) and was designed for 900 seats. One of the most popular Italian dishes, bruschetta, has become a reflection of this landmark event in the history of the city.Pea soup with beef ribs in bread
In 1930, the first state circus appeared in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg). It was built on the banks of the Iseti River on Khlebnaya Square (an arboretum is now located in its place). It is associated with one of the most common dishes in bread.Chocolate dome with goji berries and blueberry ice cream
The circus building with an openwork dome, which we can observe today, was built in 1980 and is unique in Russia. The carved dome of the building seemed unusual to the residents of the city and was always proudly shown to the guests. Impressed by this story, a dessert was created that emphasizes the unique architecture of the main Ural circus. The set "300 years at lunch!" will be offered to guests daily from 12:00 to 23:00 during the festival (from August 7 to August 20).
We will meet on the ground floor of the hotel - ave. Lenin, 9a.
